Asami and Megumi Izumi Request

This is a request from to draw her character Megumi [link] and her sister's character Asami [link] together.

This took me FOREVER. I kept drawing it, and redrawing it, trying to figure out what in the world I was doing wrong. Then I figured it out (after about two weeks): I mainly prefer to draw in black and white, and as a result color is not my strong suit; it's COLOR that makes this picture work. Only after I started coloring it in did the picture look correct.

I'm going to have to step out of my comfort zone more often.
